Content Marketing Manager at Work For Your Beer
Can’t keep it all straight? Not a problem! We’ve outlined a day-by-day yoga guide so you can bend for your beer (almost) every day of the week!
Mondays: Yoga in the Warehouse at Sugar Creek Brewing
Cost: $10 for a walk-in, but if you buy a NC Yoga Bar passport, your cost can be as low as $5. (You can also get your first class FREE using this coupon!)
Instructor: This is an NC Yoga Bar, so the instructors vary.
Vibe: This is an all-levels flow, good for both beginners and advanced yogis!
Anything Else? Be sure to stick around and try a few of Sugar Creek's Belgian-inspired brews with your fellow yogis after class!
"Namastay Night" at NoDa Yoga & Growler’s Pourhouse at 5:30pm. Cost is $6 for the yoga class and $4 for a beer at Growler’s after class.
Pizza Peel Yoga at 6:00 PM. This class is free.
Yoga Hops Heist at 6:00 PM. Cost is $10, which gets you the class and a beer.
Oak Room Yoga at 6:30 PM. Cost is $3, but is free for SportsLink Player’s Card holders.
Rooftop 210 Yoga at 6:30 PM. Cost is $5, which gets you the class and one drink ticket redeemable for one beer or one glass of wine.
Tuesdays: McGill Rose Garden Yoga (with Birdsong Brewing Beer)
Cost: $10 for a walk-in, but if you buy a NC Yoga Bar passport, your cost can be as low as $5. (And again, you can get your first class FREE using this coupon!) Plus, you get a free 12 oz. beer at Birdsong Brewing after class.

Vibe: This is an all-levels flow good for both beginners and advanced yogis! Instructors will offer modifications to increase or decrease the difficulty of various poses throughout the class. In the spring and summer months, this takes place at the McGill Rose Garden; during the fall and winter months, it takes place in Birdsong Brewing.
Anything Else? Wander around the Rose Garden before or after class. The location is beautiful. We would also recommend bringing some bug spray if you'll be doing yoga in the garden.
Pushpointe Yoga (Fort Mill) at 6:30 PM. Cost is $5.
Yoga at Primal Brewery at 6:30 PM. Cost is $10, which includes a pint of beer or a glass of wine.
D9 Brewing Yoga at 7:00 PM. Cost is $10, which includes a beer.
Wednesdays: "Wind Down Wednesday" Yoga at Blue Blaze Brewing
Cost: $5 gets you the class and a beer.
Instructor: Classes are taught by Gayle Taggart and Dina Gambella.
Vibe: This is an all-levels vinyasa flow, so it's ideal for beginners and long-time yogis alike.
Anything Else? Sometimes, the Wind Down Wednesday events also include other fun activities like board games or live music. There are always snacks available in the taproom, and usually there's a food truck as well, so you can grab food along with your beer after class!
Ghostface Brewing Yoga at 6:00 PM. Cost is $10, which includes a beer.
Pure Pizza Yoga at 6:30 PM. Cost is $5, which includes a beer.
Cabarrus Brewing Co. Yoga at 6:30 PM. Cost is $6, which includes a beer or a glass of wine.
Sycamore Brewing Yoga at 6:30 PM. Cost is $10 for walk-in, but is cheaper if you purchase a NC Yoga Bar passport.
Unknown Brewery Yoga at 6:30 PM. Cost is $5, which includes a drink ticket for a pint after class.
Temple Mojo Yoga in Matthews, NC at 7:00 PM. Cost is $5, which includes a 8oz beer after class.
Twenty-Six Acres Yoga at 7:00 PM. Cost is $10, which includes a pint of beer or a glass of wine.
Thursdays: Free Yoga at Free Range Brewing
Cost: Free, but we always encourage yogis to support the brewery by staying for a beer after class!
Instructor: Instructors rotate on a weekly basis between Allison Brewster, Kristen Witkowski, and Erica Kiely. Occasionally, you'll see a substitute, but typically, your class will be led by one of these three.
Vibe: This is an all-levels vinyasa flow. Usually, the instructors offer modifications to make the flow more or less intense based on students' level of experience.
Anything Else? This class fills up quickly, so get there early! If you're not in the mood for a beer, Free Range has kombucha, shrub, and cold brew coffee on tap. There's also usually a food truck outside, so you can grab dinner to enjoy with your drink of choice.
Triple C Brewing Yoga at 6:30 PM. Cost is $5, which includes a beer ticket for after class.
Fridays: Switch It Up With A Run at Three Spirits Brewery
Cost: Free, but we encourage runners to stick around for a beer afterwards to support the brewery.
Anything else? Unfortunately, there’s no brewery yoga on Friday nights. But why not support the beer fitness community by attending a Friday night run club? Runners even get a free 5 o.z. beer of their choice after they’re done.
Saturdays: Put the OM in kOMbucha at Lenny Boy Brewing Co. Yoga
Cost: $5 gets you the class and a 6 oz. glass of kombucha.
Instructor: The instructors for this class rotate, but you'll always be taught by an instructor from one of the top yoga studios in Charlotte.
Vibe: This class draws in a fun, open group of yogis. Everyone is very open and unafraid to try new poses (or to laugh at themselves when they fall out of those poses).
Anything Else? Ask to try a couple different flavors of kombucha before selecting your 6 oz. pour if you've never tried Lenny Boy's booch before! And be sure to grab some food from the A Bao Time food truck, which is always on site at Lenny Boy serving up delicious food.
Cavendish Brewery (Gastonia) Yoga at 12:30 PM. Cost is $10, which includes a pint.
Sundays: Namastay at Legion Brewing Yoga
Cost: $7 gets you the class and a pint of Legion's delicious beer.
Instructor: Instructors vary each week.
Vibe: This is an all-levels flow, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, it will work for you! Instructors offer modifications to increase or decrease the difficulty of a pose to fit your needs.
Anything Else? Legion has fans turned on when it's hot, which makes a HUGE difference in the summer! Know that this space is pretty small, so you should get there early to claim a spot.
The Hop Shop Yoga at 11:00 AM. Cost is $10 for walk-in, but is cheaper if you purchase a NC Yoga Bar passport.
Blue Blaze Yoga at 11:30 AM. Cost is $5, which includes an 13oz beer.
Carolina Beer Temple Yoga at 6:00 PM. Cost is $5, which includes an 8oz pour of craft beer.
