Mondays: Heist Brewery Run Club
Length of Run: Runners choose from 1, 3, or 5 mile routes in NoDa.
Discounts? If you get the free Frequent Runner Card, you get a complimentary menu item after you earn eight stamps!
Anything Else? If you join the Heist Run Club for $25 a year, you can take advantage of: 10% off all food items, a 20 oz. beer pour every time you go to the brewery (run club nights or not!), 20% off Heist apparel, discounts at select local running stores, and a HBRC t-shirt! There's also an annual members-only holiday party you won't want to miss.

Tuesdays: Wooden Robot Brewery "RunBots"
Length of Run: 1, 3, and 5 mile routes available
Discounts? The run itself is free, but you can also join the RunBots for $30 and get:
- An exclusive RunBots t-shirt
- A free beer when wearing the t-shirt after the run
- $5 discount to the South End Shuffle 5K and Mile Run on September 9, 2017
Anything else? Several of the weekly runs will also feature local vendors such as local running retailers, chiropractors, fitness studios, etc.

Sugar Creek Brewing Run Club, 6:30 PM
Carolina Beer Temple Run Club, 6:45 PM

Wednesdays: NoDa Brewing Run Club
Length of Run: There are 1, 3 and 5 mile routes to choose from.
Discounts? No discounts, but we recommend sticking around after you're done to enjoy a beer or two to support NoDa Brewing.
Anything Else? This is considered Charlotte's original brewery run club! Runners meet at the taproom before heading out. There's usually a food truck, so you can grab some food after you've worked up an appetite on your run!
Thursdays: Legion Brewing Run Club
Length of Run: 4+ miles through Plaza Midwood.
Discounts? No discounts, but runners will stay for a beer or two to rehydrate after their run.
Anything Else? The route includes a few inclines (in fact, it was named one of the most challenging beer workouts in the city), so be ready for a workout!
Bayne Brewing Run Club, 6 PM
Ballantyne Run Club at Growler USA, 6:15 PM
Cabarrus Brewing Run Club, 6:30 PM
Free Range Brewing R.U.N Club, 6:30 PM
Triple C Brewing Run Club, 6:30 PM
Fridays: Three Spirits Brewery Run Club
Length of Run: There are 1, 3, 4, 6 and 7.5 mile routes available—you choose which you want to run!
Group Leader: Nick Milby
Discounts? Runners get a free 5 oz. beer of their choice after they're done.
Anything Else? It's slim pickin's for Friday night beer fitness workouts, so if you're looking for a way to squeeze in a quick workout before a weekend of drinking beer at local breweries, this run club is an awesome choice!
Peculiar Rabbit Run Club, 7 PM
Saturdays: Sycamore Brewing Run Club
Length of Run: 1, 3, or 5 mile routes
Group Leader: Nick Milby
Discounts? You get a 25% off coupon to use at Sycamore after your run.
Anything Else? This route runs along the Rail Trail, then winds through Latta Park and Historic Dilworth. Once you get back to the brewery, there is usually live music and a wide beer selection!
Jack Beagle's NoDa Run Club, 8 AM
York Chester Brewing Run Club, 12 PM
Sundays: Lenny Boy Brewing Run Club
Length of Run: 1.5, 3, or 5 mile route along the light rail.
Group Leader: Nick Milby (we know, it seems like he runs all of these clubs!)
Discounts? Every Sunday, all 64 oz. growler fills are $10!
Anything Else? Try a refreshing kombucha after your run, if you aren't feeling any more booze for the weekend. The A Bao Time food truck is always on site everyday at the taproom cooking up amazing entrees, so grab some chow to refuel.
None! Lenny Boy is your best bet if you're looking for a Sunday run.
